I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of IHART Nutrition, with over 13 years of experience helping women build sustainable health habits without restriction, burnout, or extremes.

I'm not here to just give you another plan! I want to help you feel your best. I genuinely love eating well, meal prepping, prioritizing protein, and moving my body, but I also believe in enjoying a bowl of pasta and a great glass of wine. My approach is science-informed, practical, and focused on consistency, because wellness should support your life, not take it over. 

Through my work with hundreds of women, I’ve seen how powerful simple, supportive routines can be when they’re designed for real life. I focus on helping you create habits that feel doable, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle, so you can look and feel your best.
